Sir,

I can arrange for red soil lands about 60 Kms from Madurai at Rs.30,000 per acre. Even though Black soil land costs less, the advantage of red soil are manifold such as good drainage, suitable for cultivation of all crops, good ground water potential and above all, nearness to Madurai i,e, within 60 Kms from Madurai (just one hour drive from Madurai). If interested I can arrage for 500 acres of land immediately.
