Wanted Agricultural Land

Hello Mighty Forum,

We need about 30-40 acres of land in Hassan District of Karnataka on a motorable road. The land can be partially cultivated or not cultivated with water source and power connection.

This land is required purely for agriculture, horticaulture purposes along with a young silvers' activity center and a vocational and etrepreneurship training center for unemployed rural youth and school dropouts.

The land is required for charitable community and rural developement program.

If anyone comes across some land with REASONABLE rate please let me know.
