Agri Land in and around Madurai

Looking for Agri Land 15-25 scres in and around Madurai, preferrably half of the land with coconut/Mango/Guva/Amla plantation and the rest uncultivated. This is for agriculture purpose. The primary requirement is good access with clean and good document to avail loan.
