Dear Mr Naidu,

Kindly quote prices for 100 acres of land with irrigation facility and good approach to the road in MP for purchase.


And also 50 acres of waste land in MP with water for purchase.

To start with initially apart from visiting the place, taking soil samples, we may as a generally policy of my company, lands with doubtful production capacity are leased for 1 year and then purchased, Minimum 25 acres.call me on nine eight nine one four seven eight seven double five. Although amount of Rent would be paid for rented period.


Also while quoting attach the geographical and topographical details of the land.

So No doubt I amy consider it, But before that can you just send me across the details of sort of land available there: like Exact locations where lands are available with their sizes, to my e m i d rajneeshbatta at the rate of yahoo dot com Water availaibilty, Electricity connection, kindly send these details so as to i can plan wht canor wht cannot grow there.

Wht generally people grow there and is it possible that before purchasing a big land area we can lease a small area upto 50 acres to see and caculate the feasibility, We will pay a nominal rent for that. and then we can buy it once everythings works fine.
