We are looking for 100 acres to 1000 acres cheap uncultivated land (wasteland) . Reasonably okay water source, proximity to road and / or railway line. We are looking at Rs.5000 to 15,000 as cost of purchase per acre. Land in Gulbarga, Bidar, Bijapur districts would be preferable. Land required for agricultural activity only. No land sharks please. Will the land gets transfer in the name of the person residing in Gujarat. What is the local law for that. What is the benifit of investing over there in the agriculture land. What is the location of the land, approch, area , distance from the town,railway station.
