I am interested in nurturing and taking care of fresh water fish for commercial purpose and personally. If there is any agency to help in this direction, please let me know.

Normally for keeping fishes for commercial purpose you have a dig ponds, test for seepage, repair if required, then fill water & culture algae 7 planktons & then stock the pond with fish fry (small fish). The pond get filled up in monsoon & fishes grow fast. Please also contact your local fisheries department.
Unfortunately monsoon has set in so you cannot do this now. The whole process takes about 3 months. Try doing it next season.
Before doing anything get your soil tested & also get the water nearby your area tested. If water quality is not good then you will waste your money.
