Is the rate you mentioned is rent per year. Do you require only flat land or on hill side is ok.

Is there any possibility to arrange lands at this lowest rate/acre anywhere in Karnataka?
Even forest lands are offered for a huge annual lease amount of Rs2000/acre.(Polticians or their NGO blood)
karnataka lands are not as cheap as said to be in Maharashtra.
No land could be purchased for a price less than Rs20000/acre.
Certainly most of the lands in Karnataka are cultivable and atleast mineable for that reason.
Mysore region totally ruled out.
So is the Malnad area.
Northern karnataka say Bellary,and neighbouring districts are full of sufficient commercial activities and hence I extend the distance upto 700kms from Bangalore say towards Maharashtra/AP.
