We require Papain.

The requirements are as follows:
We are looking at crude material that has relatively high concentration of activity. Specifications would typically be:
- Spray-dried, free-flowing
- Activity of 500 + Tyrosine units per mg
- moisture less than 6%, preferably less than 5%
- Good solubility with as little insolubles as possible.
- Conforms to Food Chemicals Codex, USP, etc.
- Packaging: typically in 25kg fibre drums, product inside plastic liners
inside the drums with desiccant bags.
- Quantity: if the applications succeed, and prices are workable, volume
could be in excess of several tonnes per year.
Applications are going to be in the Food, Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics
industries
