I am currently supplying a liquid stevia producer with my natural flavor mix which, like hops in beer, acts as a powerful antimicrobial (I am holding back from calling it a preservative as it is a naturally derived mixture of food grade herb extracts).

The product is called Herbal-Active and at 0.04% in the stevia liquid extracts available today, it not only prohibits microbial growth but withstands the usual microbial challenge tests as well.

I am looking for producers of liquid stevia extracts who wish to replace the non-natural, chemical additive grapefruit seed extract often used as a supposed 'natural' preservative.
