Sir,
I am looking many offers regarding the stevia plantation and could not recognise the really where is the market. Yet no manufacturer of stevioside I have found from the communication. Every one wants to sale what so ever they have but what about the farmers. When all are selling either the dry leaves, stevioside powder or any other form of it, from where it is comming. Either the material is of China or from the other imported sources. If it is so then in that case the white stevioside powder which is sold is from the Chines stevia dry leaves. Then in that case the Indian stevia is not gaining the profit.
It is the serious matter to think before the plantation.

Your concern is understandable Mr.Chirag. The Stevioside produced in India is currently exported. The price is much attractive overseas than that of India. In India the markets are still at raw stage. Couple of manufacturers attempted to sell in local markets. But failed to generate enough buzz for various reasons. There is considerable awareness among a section of people (suger free users) about Stevia suger. This can be exploited in right way. Regirous research is also on its way to come out with various alternatives. This is just a transition period before a boom of Stevia. The current price fluctuations are result of this confusion and markets are little aprehensive at this stage. What is available in markets is just a fraction of what is allocated under cultivation. Sooner a stage will come where the prices will shoot up again. I can not say when but its bound to happen. China is one of the largest producer of Stevia in the world. Obviously we are going to get some of its end products in local markets.

sir,
YOU SAID IN THE SECOND SENTENCE THAT THE STEVIOSIDE PRODUCED IS EXPORTED FORM INDIA. Can any body say where and who is the manufacturer in India. I will be visiting the factory with in a week and will besigning the aggrement for the supply of stevia dry leaves at Rs 50/- kg of freshly dried stevia leaves.
Sir, the rates of other suppliers from abroad is very low then the INDIAN produce. It is very tough to sell the produce at higher rate.
