EXPLORE AQUEOUS EXTRACT MARKET
Stevia leaves are boiled in water, concentrated, mixed with preservatives and used as table top sweetener or industrial material for food/beverage industry. This is a potential market, and there is enough spare faciltity available in India to pursue the same without any new investment. We have been producing table top sweetners for last 3 years and the market response is good but slow developing due to lack of awareness, and enhancing this is a capital intensive excercise. Our bulk sales of specifcally processed leaf is now mainly catering to this market.
