Need Infromation Regarding Shade Net construction

Hi

I am planning to build shade net house of 10000 Sq ft Size. And after a decent amount of research , I have found that Shade net cost would come up to 11000 Rs ( 22rs/Sq mt) and I am planning to erect with wood,(No steel or any costly items) .So all in all my construction cost will come up to 25000 rs. Now I have few questions for you guys...

1. Is my calculation correct (In terms of cost)?
2. I am planning to grow Sweet pepper and my calculation shows that I can plant up to 2000 plants Based on density prescribed by Namdharis. So that I can get at least 1 lk returns. Is this right plant i am choosing or should I go for any other better yielding plants?
