*Rs.10000/Unit one time Approx with Govt Scheme+ 3600/Annum/Acre as maintenance for first 3 years Later no need of extra care.
*Rs. 20000/Unit one time without Govt Scheme+ 3600/Annum/Acre as maintenance for first 3 years Later no need of extra care.
This can give approx. Rs. 10 to 20 lacs/ Acre income after 15 to 25Years. (In one acre 500 trees of Teak trees can be planted. Rs.3000/- (as lowest) from one tree)
Beside this some other options also can be considered.
Above mentioned can be executed in two ways

2) We can do it for you on nominal charges as per project selected by you.
Additional Explaination about pricing..
ONE UNIT Calculation is as follows
Total amount payble for ONE UNIT is Rs. 50,000/-
Booking Amount is
Rs. 5000/-
So Balance amount payble in EMI is
50000-5000= Rs.45000/-
Minimum EMI is Rs. 1000/- for one unit
so to complete payment of above said land one have to pay EMI for 45 Months (i.e. 3Yrs & 9 Months)
