Hi Kiran, U r price seems to be very expensive, properties that too 26 kms from kollegal is very much cheaper than what you have quoted. Let me know which village and hobli, I can check and make an offer as we are looking for 200 acres to buy.

We have a property about 16 acres, which is for sale at Rs 4.25 Lacs an acre.
