thank you for your replies.

the land is situated in Burke villege, near Lonikand/ Vagholi and 7 Km from Nagar road.

The land is medium quality and most suitable for plantation. I have been having banana plantation/ pomogranate- 3 acres/ custard apple - 1 acre/ chikko - 2 acres.

The soil is partly sandy and has can be cultivated at any time of the year.

The land has enough slope and hence does'nt hold water.
We have more than 2 rooms for people to stay and store things at the place.
We have big well for storing water.
The main source of water is River Bhima which is 3 Km away from the land.

As with whole maharashtra the electricity supply is approximately for 16 hours.

I would like to lease the land for 5-7 years. the terms and conditions can be discussed in person.
