Default sales of land
we want to sell 22 acreas of land in vanakpur village, of jhagadia taluka, dist. bharuch, gujarat. it is a agricultural land and we have already planted aonla and teak wood plantation on it. contact urgently

kindly tell me the rate of land, and what is the situation of light,water and approchable road/way to land? what are the conversion/registration charges etc. can we construct a farm house on land ?
