Our POTTAO STARCH PRODUCTION LINE has been widely used domestically and exported abroad to Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Nigeria, etc. where it is broad accredited by the clients due to its excellent performance and good service for the starch processing industry and ethanol industry. The handling of the potato starch in this stage is a complex process, since it has to be dewatered without using high temperatures, in order to avoid gelatinization- the destruction of its granular structure. The fine fibers leave washing in the first stage for fine fiber screening. The washed and concentrated starch milk is dewatered and then dried by decanters. The fine fibers and the pulp from the extraction screens are dewatered by a decanter.
The dewatered pulp can either be dried or extracted from the process and used as a feed immediately downstream of the decanter. Potato starch production line’s main equipment will have as components drum washers, destoners, raspers, descending units, dewatering systems, vacuum filters and hydrocyclone units, driers, packaging machines and control interfaces.
