I hope those 10 to 20 acres of land would be provided by you.. That means you will earn a commission from the said sale.[/COLOR] If this project is a faliure.... they you would get a buyer for the same property for a very cheap rate. There you will again earn a commission. That buyer would be your friend or business partner and then you will sell those property again to some fool... And the cycle carries on.....

Hope my educated friends have understood the modus operandi. This is basically a trap and one should not fall for the same..
