Dear Sir/Madam,

We have about 2,00,000 seedlings of Simarouba glauca for sale in our nursery.

Simarouba glouca popularly known as Paradise tree is one of the most profitable TBO tree. The oil manufactured is edible with average of about 800-1000 kgs per acre. This tree can be cultivated on any soil with good drainage facility. This is the most tolerent tree for any natural extremeties.
This tree can be grown easily on wastelands, rocky soils etc. without irrigation facilities.

Every part of the tree is useful viz. Timber, fruit,seed, leaves etc.

This tree is recognised by NOVOD board Faridabad Government of India.

This is a drought resistant Tree. The output starts from 6th year onwards and can give income for further 50 years and more.Intercropping is also possible.

The investment is about Rs.6000.00 per acre (distributed in five years) and output in about Rs.20,000.00 and more.
