Specific Accomplishments Lab Management: Expertise in proper management of a Tissue culture lab having two projects Plant tissue culture specially Banana, Bamboo and some flowering plants like Orchid (10 -15 lakhs capacity)and VAM- Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrihza (200 tons capacity) to give a quality product.
Production planning: Planning for production target to utilize maximum facilities and manpower available.
Technical Know How:
Plant Tissue Culture-
٭Lab related activities: Familiar to all technicalities necessary for plant tissue culture from media composition for different stages of plants, aseptic inoculations of plant, checking the proper growth parameters and other small activities.
٭Green House activities: Known to all necessary activities for primary and secondary hardening of the plants and proper maintenance of parameters for optimum growth of plantlets.

VAM- Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrihza: Trained from TERI (The Energy and Research Institute- Delhi) for VAM production by Tissue Culture technique. Also expertise in Quality control and Formulation (tablet and powder) development of the product.

Purchase and Dispatch handling: Experience of purchasing of all lab equipments, chemicals and formulation machines. Also able to manage the dispatch management of plantlets and VAM powder and tablets in large quantities.
Manpower Management: Management of manpower for maximum utilization of facilities available and production.
