120KL/day RS/Absolute Alcohol Plant with multiple effect evaporator (TECHNOLOGY- PRAJ, PUNE, INDIA), Biocomposting Technology –Triochem Pune

2. SARAYA DISTILLERY, Sardar Nagar, Gorakhpur, U.P.
165 KL –RS/ENA/AA Plant with bottling, country liquor and foreign liquor.

3. MANDEEP MUSHROOMS LIMITED, Gurgaon, Haryana.
First Environmentally Controlled Plant having 11 growing rooms with 1100-m2-bed area each. Two tunnels for controlled composting with capacity 60 MT each. Spawn lab and canning facilities.

4. DEPARTMENT OF MICROBIOLOGY AND BIOTECHNOLOGY, Barkatullah University, Bhopal (M.P.).
Having fully equipped laboratory for M.Sc. Microbiology and Biotechnology students / research fellows / teachers. Centrally air conditioned laboratory for tissue culture and Fungal biotechnology, Equipments: H.P.L.C. Shimazu Japan, G.C. Shimazu Japan, Gel documentation System, Spectrophotometer, Colorimeter, Millipore Water Purification system, Mushroom Production unit, Humidity control chambers etc.

5. STANDARD SURFACTANTS LIMITED, Mandideep, Raisen, M.P.
LABSA plant (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid Plant), with Italian technology -Plant having various detergent and cake divisions. On their own (Blue Dot cake and Powder) and contractual (Procter and Gamble India Limited (P &G) and Shaw Wallace India Limited (Check Cake and Powder)

Key steps used during the tenure of service
• Planning of Environment, Health and Safety aspects, identifying critical path and optimization.
• Division of work into systems for statutory requirements such as Green Belt Development, Rain Water Harvesting measures, Bio-compost yard and prioritization for construction work.
• Budgetary, Process and Production Planning.
• Correspondence with Government authority, Compliance of guidelines rules and acts.
• Water and Waste water treatment and its reuse and recycling.
• Effluent management and bio-compost production.
• Co-ordination with cane development department for organizing Kisan Gosthees and demonstration of organic manure in cane fields.
