Default Farmer Certificate (Shetkari Dakhla)

I want to buy a farmland (approx 2 acres) for cultivating a special type of garlic. My grandfather was farmer and owned a considerably large farm land. On his death his children, including my father, jointly inherited that property. My father's name is on the 7/12. Now my father has expired. And because of my proposed purchase, I require to prove my farmer status.

My question is: Is it necessary to have my name in the 7/12 of my family property, or I can get get farmer status on the basis of my father's and grand-father's farmer status without making such change in the exiting 7/12.

Please advise the quickest way, as I have already selected the proposed farm land.

hello

the shetkari certificates with all the papers & original document of land registration in rajasthan state are available in market @ price of 30000 and it is done in 45 days period and on that basis u can register the property anywhere in india .
it is 100% legal & fool proof

I am not a farmer, but wish to become a farmer in rajasthan, can you guide, assist, provide services professionaly, or help me make contact with a genuine lawyer/person, who will do it legally for me.. awaiting - Raju G
