Is my land suitable for growing stevia

I have a 3 acre agricultural land in Faridabad, near New Delhi.
The temperature can rise upto 46 degrees in summers and it can fall up to 5 degrees in winters.
I have heard that one can now sell Stevia in New Zealand and Australia as it has been approved there.
I would like to know how to grow Stevia. And what are the basic hygienic and other legal conditions that are required to be met so that one can export Stevia in such countries where Stevia is permitted.
