Buying land in Himachal Pradesh

I am an NRI and would like to Purchase land in Himachal Pradesh.

Can anyone give me some information on how I may do this?

Sorry to give u this disappointing piece of information.But It's true.I'm from Punjab and my wife is from Himachal.I'm game if u r interested in a joint venture.Please send a message.NRI'S can't buy Agri land in India.

We are from same field and you can achieve it by two ways ;
1) Joint venture for any farming.
or
2) You can take land on lease. We have 100 bighas of good productive land touching the motorable road.
