Land to be given on lease

We have land of around 40 Acers at border of AP and Maharashtra, located at 250 Km from Hyderabad, AP. This is a black soil land with facility of partial irrigation. Full irrigation can be made available. This is good for cotton, Chilli, Groundnut, cereals etc.
We intend to offer this on lease of 5 to 10 yrs . We can help for any local field support etc.
Any one having any business plan or contract farming ideas may communicate.

Regarding your offer for agricultural land on lease on lease, I am interested in the same. Please let me know where exactly it is located, whether it is available for immediate planting, etc. Would like to visit it, and then can make a proposal quoting lease amount etc.
I am currently having on lease about 120 acres land in Maharashtra. I am looking to expand further.

This place is in Nanded Dist named degloor. The land is just 4Km from State highway. There is irrigation available but we couldn't expand because of finance risk and lack of man power.
Details could be given once we get to know your interest .
This is cultivated land, we have some standing crop but we can definitely thing of any plantations.

The location is quite suitable for my requirement. I am mainly interested in vegetable cultivation. I am seeking for land on lease for about 3 to 5 years. Depending on factors such as soil type, water availability, etc, the lands I am cultivating currently are for 6,000 to 12,000 per acre per annum.
