How i can go for Basamati cultivation in summer i.e. right now?

Hi all
well to take production of Basamati in summer season in very
challenging .....can any body tell me how to go for it
we are having black cotton soil
location :- kolhapur in maharashtra
weather :- summer very hot
avg temp:- 38 degree celcious
winter :- avg. temp 10 degree celcious

please dont waste your time and resources. the fragrance will be lost and grain will become red colour. only haryana u.p and punjab soils are suitable to keep that fragrance. we tried and by experience i am suggesting.
