Best Crops/Plants for Saline Sodic Soil????? Pls help me

I have 60 acres of Saline Sodic Soil with pH variation from 9.5 to 10.5.I don't have sufficient amount of water to apply Gypsum to reclaim it.

Can any one suggest me any Forest Trees like (Casurina,Eucalyptus etcc....) can be suitable for this land????.If so what will be the growth???

If not the case is there any alternative to recliam it???
