Cost of Agricultural land in Arid areas of North Gujarat?

Does anyone have an idea of what could be the approximate price of an agricultural land in acres in arid areas of Gujarat. eg. in areas like Banaskantha, Sabarkantha, Patan, Mehsana...

sir the cost of land varies with water and soil conditions.
in remote areas of sabarkantha the price of fertile land/acre with good water conditions is from 4 to 6lacs but mind you these are the prices of remote locations while the prices in non remote regions are from 12 to 40 lacs per acre.
