Starting a Dairy Farm

Hi all,

M new & joined today. Have a wish to start a dairy farm (no hands on experience) in Nagaon, Assam.

Need some expert advise/guidance on the foll queries:
1.Any expert in my viccinity to visit & understand the basics.

2.Can I start on a budget of around 5 lacs

3.Nearest location to buy cattle from & expert/agencies to determine which varieties do well here. Summer temp about 32-38 degrees & winter 10-20 degrees with abundant rainfall from June to sept.

4.average cost per cow.
