We have lands in Mathura district. There are variations in soil type. Some part we have rich, fertile black soil where we grow rice in these months. While the other parts it is more like sand with low water level.
Would like to try some new crops with short duration which can give satisfactory yield so in future we can try out the same crops. Narendra Last edited by Ritika; 08-16-2008 at 01:41 PM. Yes you can and as suggested by aromedindia, you can go for medicinal and aromatic plants. Also, as I know a training on Plant Tissue Culture: A tool for quality planting material is being organized at IHBT (CSIR) from 1-13th Sep., 2008, especially from business point of view.
