Am a resident of mumbai and have a land of 2acres which is currently not in use. I intend to put up a medicinal plant farm there. Can anyone help me out.....please advice...

dear all...thanks for the replies..appreciate the help..

The land is near vasai....kaaman...bailkadi is the name of the place...
soil is fertile red soil...cultivable....water no problem at all....have done rainwater harvesting and getting water through bores...climate again is good....
currently m using some part of the land based on small small orders that i get from market....have made beds and grow seeds as per requirement... but i intend to get into a contractual farming so that i can grow the crop on a bigger scale and also get the sale assured...contract can be for to the extent of 3-5 yrs....plse advice....

I am also looking out for some more land.......ahead of virar towards palghar....would appreciate if someone advices me about the pros and cons about investing there.....again investing there with a motive to get into as i said contractual farming....i want the crop sale to be assured....no issues abt cultivation and quality...i have experts with me to guide.....land will be again two acres...not more...
