Vaccines n care for Cows/Buffolos

Hi,

I want to start a small dairy unit(2 -3 cattles) and have some questions on this -
1. Which is a better to have cows or Buffalos - basically which is better milkfor consumption or is their no diff (other than fat content) ?
2. What is the health care i need to follow - in terms of vaccines n medical care.
3. Right now i plan to feed them grass from the farms near by - should i supliment this with something else?

Would appreciate some replies on these.
