Contact local forest extension department.

They provide saplings which can be used for border trees.
These include
a. African Mahogony (Kyaya species)
b. Kumil (Gmelia Arborea)
c. Malai Vembu (Melia azedarach )
d. Perumaram
e. Savukku (Casuarina )
f. Teak

Other experts in the forum can help too.

Also include Pongamia, Neem tree, etc and mostly native trees of your region.

Maintain a three tier system of trees, small trees and bushes in such a way that surface, median and upper wind effect can be mitigated.
