Floriculture in chiplun

Hi All,
firstly I would like to thanks the Moderator for a nice forum like this.
I am an Engineer with Electronics background but very much interested in Farming and agricultural activities.
My Native place is Near chiplun in Maharashtra.
Recently I have seen many Green Houses being developed in these region and want to start a project of same for Floriculture.
All though I have collected quiet some information regarding this,still have a doubt about the project being fared well.
What are the advantages and Drawbacks If any in this project .
Can any one help me with these details of the projects.
