Could I know how best and at least cost we can go for farming ornamental garden shrubs? Is it good to go for ridge method? I would like to avoid drip/sprinkler irrigation.

Wher do u want these shrubs to be in the surroundings under full sun or in the garden premises under semi shade or shade.According we can paln for the irrigation source and quantity.
