10ha land for SELLING

Dear all,
I'm Lee, living in Vietnam. I have a plot of land (10ha) in Dong Nai Province (10m from HO Chi Minh city). Because of poor condition, I want to buy it to anyone who will used it to plant the tree, chemical tree or any human purpose.
I try to advert online to advoice the middleman, who only want to increase the price to get penefit, so, if you are the middle man, you should not try to contact me to do the business.
However, I appriciate your introduce this information to your friend, you relative...without benefit purpose.
