Dear Sir,
I Seek Advice From Any Bank Expert. I Am A Growing Businessman Of Agriculture-implements In The District Of Birbhum W.b. And A Existing C.c. Customer Of Rs.10 Lac Of Indian Overseas Bank. To Expand My Business I Place A Loan Proposal Of Rs. 50 Lac To The Said Bank.after Taking Long Long Time ,they Sanctioned Rs.25 Lac On Dec 2006. But Still Now They Are Not Disburseing The Loan. I Made Complaint To The Different Places.but No Remedy Has Come Out.on The Basis Of Their Sanction I Sold Tractors. But Without Showromm These Are Damaged .what Should I Do?

Dear Sir,
You need to design a DETAILED PROJECT REPORT (D P R) and re-submit to the concerned/any Bank.
*Get in touch with a CONSULTING FIRM.
*Engage them for the required PROJECT REPORT against cost varying
from Rs. 30,000/- to 2 % of the Project cost.
* Pay an advance of Rs. 30,000/- for designing THE PROJECT REPORT
(Non-Refundable even if the Bank loan is not sanctioned).
* Make CONTRACT to pay them another 5 % of the Project Cost, only
if the Bank loan is sanctioned. Do not pay any 'ADVANCE' for this
purpose. This portion is payable only if the loan is sanctioned.

Mr Haque,
If your complain is genuine then you can approach the banking ombudsman of Reserve bank of India N S Road Kolkata.
You first write a letter to your bank and make a copy to ombudsman then i think the problem will be immediately looked into.
