sir, can anyone suggest the minimum cost of machinery or plant used to make cheese and khoa from goat/cow milk.
OR it can be the handmade process?? like papad ghruh-udhyou (cottage industry). my question is for the beginners ,i want the idea of minimum investments with minimum quantity of milk. please share your views. thank you. |
