Default Water soluble fertilizers with EM

Hi All,
I am experimenting cultivation using EM. 15 days after application of activated EM on the soil, I plan to apply water soluble fertilizers to feed nutrients to the plants. My question is does proper dosage of water soluble fertilizer kill or reduce the EM population in the soil?
Awaiting reply.
Regards,
Vinay

Default EM

[EM is not killed with liquid organic fertilisers,Do not use any sort of fungicides and bacteriacides. Better apply some liquid jaggary or starch with EM

Default EM

Dear Sir

WHAT IS EM?
Effective microorganisms, or EM, is a special culture of beneficial microorganisms which are used as an inoculant to promote healthy soils, treat livestock odors, and compost food wastes. When used properly, EM applications create beneficial soil effects such as improved soil aggregation, nitrogen fixation, mineralization, humus formation, disease suppression, and decomposition. EM is also used to enhance the nutrition and digestibility of livestock feeds and to control odors and insects problems in livestock enterprises.

organic farmers have become aware of the necessity for a successful organic farm to have a diverse and health soil foodweb. In the U.S., one is likely to hear that the only approach to bolstering the soil foodweb is through applications of aerobically brewed compost tea. Many farmers have found that producing an viable batch of aerobic compost tea can be both expensive (lab tests, equipment outlay) and time consuming. anaerobic microbial brews to gain the same results claimed for aerobic teas. EM is the most reliable and effective of the Asian microbial brews. Using EM requires virtually no extra equipment and requires no lab tests. Ironically, EM is an anaerobic inoculant which brews itself in a closed container and yet provides such a significant boost to soil biology that it not only brings "rare' beneficial microbes to farm soils, it also creates a soil environment that allows indigenous bacteria, fungus and beneficial nematodes to flourish.

Default EM Preparation

Dear Sir

PROCEDURE:
Collect plant material such as weeds, vegetable trimmings, and leaves. If possible chop the plant material into small pieces (i.e. 2" x 2"). Fill the bucket with as much material as possible.
In a separate container prepare EM•1® solution at 1:1:100. (2.5 Tbsp of molasses and 2.5 Tbsp of EM•1® per 1 gallon of water)
Pour the EM•1® solution over the plant material, filling the bucket all the way to the top.
Seal bucket with an airtight lid.
Place solution out of direct sunlight and allow material to ferment for a period of 2 weeks. After 2 weeks test the pH. The solution pH should be between 3.2 and 3.7.
Strain off the liquid into another container. The strained liquid is the Fermented Plant Extract.
The EM•1® F.P.E. is used as a foliar spray to prevent pest damage to plants. Dilute this solution 1:500 (1.5 tsp. per gallon) and spray on plant leaves as needed.
The fermented plant material (not the liquid) can be used as a nutrient rich fertilizer or compost starter. If used as a fertilizer spread it out very thin due to its strength.
Store unused EM•1® F.P.E. in a dark place with relatively uniform temperatures. Solution may be stored up to 90 days.

Thank you Kirti Sir, But does water soluble fertilizer which is of chemical origin reduce the EM population?
