Default Organic Curry Powders

Brahmi Producer Companies of Bangalore is launching a whole range of organic Indian Curry powders. For bulk and retail orders, please contact Dr. Veena Annadana on +91-9845237913 or e-mail on annadanaa@organicabc.in.

The current range of products are

1) Rasam Powder: [/B] Rasam is called South Indian Soup and is generally had with hot rice and ghee. Alternatively a clear rasam is consumed like apreteif, or soup.
We can have 3 varriants in rasam powder. One is basically powder mix of spices to be added to cooked dhal stock, along with tamrind water and salt. The second is the same powder with added tur dhal, only tamrind water, salt is required to cook.
Pepper rasam is the 3rd variant with very minimal dhal stock, tamrind/lemon juice, garlic can be added for its medicinal properties.

2) Sambhar Powder : Sambhar is a thicker version of rasam with vegetables/tamrind juice - can be had with Rotis/rice/idli/dosa etc…..

3) Vangi bath Powder : To be added to the cut vegetables and then the curry to be mixed with the cooked rice. Lemon/Tamrind/Amchoor powder can be added to enhance the taste.

4) Bisibele Bath : Rice/dhal/vegetables/cooked together it serves as a whole meal. Generally served with raita.

5) Chutney Powder : Can be had with Idli/Dosa/Hot rice

6) Gojju Powder : With cooked vegetables minus dhal, can be had with Rotis/dosa/idli/rice etc.,

7) Masalpud : Maharastrian masala powder which can be used for gravies/sambar.

8) Methkoot : To be had with hot rice. You can prepare uncooked gravy with raw onion/cucumber with this powder. Will also substitute for making many more dishes.
