I am planning to build a vermicompost unit in my farm in Punjab. I would like to know how many times should i put the vermicompost to the Citrus trees (in a year and in which month) and is 5kg is good enough (Plants are 6 yrs of age.. )

if you are doing conventional farming apply 20 kgs twice a year
if you are doing only organic then apply 200kgs, 100x2 twice a year

Thank you sir for the suggestions. I have further questions:

1 - In the case of chemical farming, is it good idea to use 5kg vermicompost in combination to normal cow dung? If yes, then should i use 5 kg or more with cow dung?

2 - Does vermicompost can harm plants also? I mean if i put 10 kg/ plant 4 times a yr?
