Teak Plantation

I want to know the details which should be kept in mind before purchasing a suitable land for teak plantation. I am a resident of Madhya Pradesh state of India.

Dear Sir,
Please inform where are you located and where you intend to purchase the land in MP.
Please go through the Laws regarding Teak (State Laws in perticuler) is my sincear advice.
We can be of much help as experienced teak planters, do planting on contract basis and are from adjoining ares of Maharashtra.
Soil may not be a restrain as we had planted Teak sucsessfully even in Black cotten soils.
