Default Organic Food on the Internet

Thursday, June 5, 2008

If you've been trying to eat "locally" and organic but don't have the time to drive to all those farmers markets on a Saturday there's a new option - or rather several new options - although I'ms till trying to figure out if there's one that serves New England.

Websites like Spud.com, Greenling.com, NaturalDirect.com and Organicstoyou.org offer food grown locally shipped to your door.

Each of the sites listed above service particular areas of the country. So if anyone knows of a service lieks this for New England please post a comment here or email me.

here's the story in the NY Times today with more information - click here.
