Selling of medicinal plants

I am planning to start selling medicinal plants, processing and set up herbal extraction plant.

Kindly provide me estimated cost of project and machinery required for processing the raw herbs and extraction equipments.

Also the registration process and loan facility from the bank.

Can I start selling medicinal plants without any registration ?

I dont have agriculture land.

Can I start it with minimum 1 lakh of investment ?

Please guide me.
