Tubers of Asparagus are an important ingridients in Ayurvedic and Unani medicines,food suppliments and cattle feed.Yellow or Nepali satawari tubers when processed retain light yellow colour and looks transparent.Yellow satawari tubers are preferred over local tubers,called deshi satawari in trade, and featches 2 to 2.5 times higher price than local one. Limited quantity of seedlings(4-5 months old) are available.
