Hello Sir,
We want to start cultivating medicinal plants which give good profits. According to my research I thought Bramhi was good. Can you please tell me where I can get samplings or seeds of bramhi in bangalore. I approched CIMAP but they dont have it right now. Also if any other cultivation is good please tell me about it. If anybody around bangalore are growing successfully please give me some details. I really need help. Kindly consider. Lakshmi. |

dear Laxmi
I dont think that brahmi is right choice.Fist thing it is less paying.secondly it requires moisture above field capacity which is in scarce in Bangalore. Go for geranium, patchouli, davana, Eucalyptus citriodora and patchouli intercropping. In medicinal even kalmegh gloriosa and Rauvolfia serpentina will prove much better than brahmi and require much less of water. All are high value crop.Start with small area. aromedindia@gamil.com 919451504200 |
