buy back farming of medicinal plants

hi

i have more than 5 hectares of land in kashmir . i want to have some buy back farming of medicinal plants. whosoever is intersted in growing medicinal plants in kashmir can mail me . i am having good experince in floricultre. the land is most suitable for bulgarian rose, lavander,rosemery, and other aromatic and medicinal plants. because the climatic conditions here are very cool. and six months it is snowy.

Please let me know the height of your land from main sea level to formulate most suitable crops in your region.I wish to make your farm a model for my medicinal plantation society and grow exquisitive medicinal plants there.Prior to that please let me know as to who is the owner of the said land.Once the title is clear we can formulate nitty gritty of the deal with proper contract etc.Also please let me know is there any land more than 9000 ft ht.I may also go for similar land in H.P/Uttarakhand.
