For getting fresh herbals one has to travel to rural villages .
Yes,
Globally ,the demand for Herbals is on constantly increase . But unfortunately there is no much efforts taken for production of Herbals on various obvious reason.
The corporate,Formulation units and Siddha - Ayurveda practitioners are directly depending on wild collection
A quick study reveals that collection and storage of such herbals has become a challenge apart from availability of manpower.
Lack of proper awareness among gatherers is also to be addressed in a different aspects
To deliberate on supply and demand for herbals and to need for promoting RURAL COLLECTION CENTER,a special meet is proposed by TACED. We have invited a team of HERBAL GATHERERS to share such need.
