We have created a website about the Steam Distillation or
Hydrodistillation of essential oils from well-known aromatic herbs. A new methodology with a point of view from Engineering is exposed. The next aromatic herbs were studied: wild marjoram, rosemary, spanish hyssop, lavandin, sweet fennel. A new phenomenological modelling had been developed to correlate the data of extraction kinetics. The contents are written in spanish, also there is text in english. The electronic address is: Hidrodestilación de aceites esenciales, Steam distillation of essential oils Best regards. Manuel G. Cerpa Ph.D. in P.E., Ch.E. Valladolid, Spain |
