we are seeking a good, strong candidate for the overall supervision of our dairy farm in chennai.
about our farm:
our farm is situated in the outskirts of chennai and is comprised of only desi cattle of the following breeds - kankrej, sahiwal, tharparkar, raathi & gir. our farm is run based on organic principles, and unlike other dairy farms, even our concentrates are purchased from organic sources.
expected candidate profile:
1. must be a level headed person, sharp witted and capable of thinking on his feet.
2. must enjoy being around cattle.
3. must be willing to work as a part of the team and not just as an employee
4. must be able to manage people and delegate work, so as to get the job done.
people without prior dairy farm experience can apply, but please understand it is a field where you might have to put in long hours.
